That’s right, Harry is going to be playing at the USA Pavilion’s much-anticipated National Day Gala performance event in Shanghai, China. Is there any other crooner alive that reaches an audience like Harry Connick Jr? Harry won’t just be playing, he is the headliner for the event, on July 2, 2010.

Harry Connick Jr. tickets have long said something about America, so it is no surprise that he has been chosen to perform at the prestigious event. José H. Villarreal, Commissioner General of the United States of America Pavilion in the Expo 2010 Shanghai, commented on Harry’s participation, saying, “I am pleased to welcome Harry Connick Jr. as the headline performer for our National Day. Over the years, he has established himself as a world class musician and actor recognized around the globe. It is especially exciting to host him at the USA Pavilion as we promote greater understanding of American culture and music.”

Harry, for his part, expressed his pleasure at being involved in the event in Asia. “I am honored to be part of this event, representing some of the great music America has to offer the world.” he said.

The USA Pavilion will be among the biggest at Expo 2010. We should all be proud that we have an ambassador like Harry Connick Jr. to represent America to the rest of the world. People will always want concert tickets, and Harry Connick Jr. tickets will always be among the most in-demand of them all.
